I’m going to talk about the notion myths and heroes. A (myth) can be defined as a story about gods or heroes, it can be a popular belief or a tradition or a false notion. A hero can be a mythological figure, a person who is admired for his or her achievements, a superhero or maybe a role model or an icon. Why does everyone love this concept of heroes or myths? So, firstly (first is a better option of this ordinal noun) we will see why they become heroes and secondly, will look at the reasons why we need them. Lots of people are considered as heroes but a hero (the singular form of this noun) isn’t necessarily a person who is helpful and who fulfills a lot of achievements. The heroes can attain this status through their profession, as we have studied in class examples of such professions like the firemen or the humanitarians, who go around the world helping people, example being the aid they provide during Ebola and other pandemic outbreaks or disasters. These people save many human lives every day, while putting their own lives in danger. But this type of achievements can also be realized by the simple citizens who live ordinary lives since anyone, at times, can get the opportunity to save a life. There also exists other types of heroes, the people who become heroes thanks to their achievements or for being an emblematic person in their domain, like in the domain of sports or of politics. Examples of sports heroes, as we saw in class, includes Oscar Pistorius. Pistorius was a runner who was the first disabled athlete to enter in an able-bodied international competition and consequently became the first disabled athlete, who was an amputee, to win an able-bodied world track medal. So this man was a model of success for everyone especially those in sports. In the domain of politics (use a comma after an introductory phrase), we have studied Barrack Obama. We used the help of a picture document to gain more insight on him: on this specific document, he is represented as a very charismatic person. This man was the first (black president) in the USA. So this man was a model of success because before, in the USA, there was a lot of segregation, the black people were always persecuted, and many interdiction were present against them. An example of the segregation is the law that disallowed the Black people to sit in some specific seats reserved for the White people. So the fact that Barrack Obama was elected, proves that there is an advancement /or progress into the war against the segregation. He proves that in any domain a hero can be realized, as his election to president was a very extraordinary occurrence. All long in your life we have a model and we want to become like him, when we are young the first model was your mother or your father but when you grown you have an other heroes or model in your favorite domain, for example in the music, cinema, and many another( In one’s life, there are always people we count as role models. When we are young our role models are usually our parents but when we grow a little older we pick on other role models like our favorite musician or favorite sports person. We pick this people as role models because) we like their morality, (physique) or their job situation. A second reason is because it’s in the human nature to take up a role model to carry on and try becoming like them. But a hero (hero) for someone isn’t necessarily a (heroes for another) people (But someone’s idea of a hero isn’t necessarily the same for someone else; because many people have different interests. For instance people who like music, their hero will be situated in the music domain. In fact your hero will depend on your interest.) (In conclusion a hero or a myth is someone who does things different from other people; he can save a life, defend his ideal, invent new technology, make a discovery that can save many lives, rise up or become a model for some people. We need them because we have dreams to be like them ; have the same moral, physic or even job because we want to rise up and become heroes and myths too.)Note:1) when writing consider correcting mistakes like using articles meant for singular forms and using in the plural form. For example a heroes instead of just writing heroes.2) Revise on sentence structure. Like when you write "a people who like more them" instead of "people who like them more" 3) Revise use of prepositions. "on a picture instead of "in the picture" 4) use of tense. When a sentence is in the past tense, for the sake of the flow and correct grammar use, maintain the tense.
