why is carbon important

Carbon is very important because Trees take it (Co2) in in order for oxygen to be produced. All plants for the most part take in Co2 so that they can produce oxygen, and we need that oxygen to live , to pump blood into our lungs so we can roam around. It is basically one of the main components of our every day life on Earth. I really hope this helps you a lot.
