What is the temperature of a gas in which the atoms are moving very very slowly?

There can be no definite amount given for the gas as the temperature will vary depending on the type of gas since different gasses have different vapor pressures and boiling point. The atoms in a gas move slowly the closer it gets to its point of condensation or boiling point which is unique for each gas.
