Just so you wouldn't have to use a graph you could use the formula, y2-y1 over x2-x1.  Using this formula we would do 3-2 over 2-4 which would give use 1/-2.  Next you divide 1 into -2 and you'll finally get -0.5.  If that was helpful and correct, please mark as brainliest.  Thank you!
