I would say Love, Reputation, & Class.  I say Love because for one, this book is one of the most cherished love stories. & then because of the relationship between Darcy and Elizabeth.  I say Reputation because in their society, a woman's reputation is the most important thing; like who one marries. I then say Class because, even though it's in a way related to Reputation, it still reflects on the regimented nature of life for the middle & upper classes in England.  Hope this helps & makes sense !
