How do you solve for N?? -2=-(n-8)

-2 = -n + 8 -2 - 8 = -n -10 = -n 10 = n now let us check: -2 = -(10 - 8) -2 = -(2) -2 = -2 So yeah, n = 10 and ( -n ) = ( -10 )
