2ab^2c^2 root 14c Always pull out what you have since you can break 56 down to 14*2 you can pull the two out since it can't be factored anymore. Next work with your variables since it is a square root you have a^2 b^4 c^5 pull out what you have since you have a square root pull the a's out since there are two and they cancel, then move to b^4 you can put two into four twice so you pull b^2 out and c^5 the most you can pull out is four so once again c^2 leaving you with 1 c under the root I know it's not the clearest explanation but it's hard to explain unless you can almost see it hope this somewhat helps though
