Yeah... This is most definetly false. Potable water isnwater thatbhas been treated so that microbiales that can cause diseases such as Dysentery or Cholera are not present. It is a clean and safe water to drink. Nonpoteable water is just the opposite. It is not safe to drink because can contain any number of potentially fatal diseases.
